Clarven Security is the security practice of Prisma Labs, a software and security firm in the Netherlands founded by Ilia Safronov.
The tester
Ilia is a software engineer who does security reviews and code reviews of production systems. Reading code, APIs and authorisation flows is the daily work, and that is where most serious app vulnerabilities are.
Independence
We don't build or run the systems we test, and we take no commission from vendors we recommend.
Insurance and paperwork
Professional liability insurance that names penetration testing is in force before any test starts. Every engagement has a signed order, a written authorisation from the system owner, rules of engagement and a processing agreement.
